I purchased my last Toyota 13yrs about at Toyota of Louisville so when it finally took its last car breath This was the first place I thought about coming to, I called and spoke to Tim Patillo which was so nice and asked what type of car I was looking for. I told him what I wanted and he said he had just the car. And even offered to come and get me since my current car had bit the dust. However I already had a ride (thanks Dad). When he showed me the car it was exactly what I would of picked out. He made it so completely easy and stressless. He went above and beyond helping me. David Lail also was so amazing! If you want to purchase a vehicle with nobody rushing rushing you, go to Toyota of Louisville. I bought a Camry XSE in July and yesterday I bought a new 4Runner. Before I bought it I walked the lot looking at these and the Tacoma and it did not take me long to figure out the Tacoma was not feasible for me. I was though worried about doing from a Ram truck, but this has more room for everyone with the 3rd row seating and our kids are gone. So it was not a hard decision and for when I need to haul something that won’t fit I will just use my trailer As for the sales staff, I knew who I was going to see and Tim was a great salesman with a an awesome sense of humor, talkative about things other than making a sale, so it is very easy to feel comfortable and relax. So if you want a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere without being tackled by multiple salesman coming at you in the lot, go to Toyota of Louisville and you will be disappointed. As far as a trade, I traded my 2014 Ram and before they even knew what I was looking to buy they came back with an appraisal = to the highest price on all pricing websites and this gave me an extra $4500 to put down So if you are looking for a new car and a fair trade go see Tim, you will not be disappointed and if you are wondering, no I don’t work there. I am getting ready to retire in 6 months. I just want everyone to know this is a great place and I have bought a lot of vehicles and never had an experience like this and I was not there all day. My shopping experience began at a competing dealership. After several days of being given the run around, I was told that my vehicle was ready and the deal was approved. I arrived to take delivery and learned that I was misled and an attempt was made to force me to take possession of a vehicle without the features agreed upon and in a different (undesirable) color. I rejected that "deal" and left very angry about being treated so poorly and lied to. I immediately called Toyota of Louisville and connected with Tim. He was attentive, knowledgable, respectful and thorough. He located exactly the vehicle that I wanted. When I explained the deal struck with the other dealership, Tim reviewed the figures and pointed out errors they made. He then beat the other dealer's terms with no unnecessary haggling. I took delivery within about 2 hours of calling and meeting Tim. My experience with Toyota of Louisville, Tim and Mr. Swope (the GM) was second to none. They have earned my business and I will refer friends and family there in the future. If you're looking for an awesome buying experience, without the hassles, look no further than Toyota of Louisville.

I had went to 4 other dealerships and each one left a bad taste in my mouth. I went to Toyota of Louisville and fell in love with a car I had found. Mr Tim Patillo was glad to help me out and didn't hesitate to answer all the questions I had. I didn't feel pressured from him at all. Mr Patillo and Mr Dean Sexton were able to get me the car I wanted for a great price, and worked with me on the payment plan. Would recommend to everyone!
I was in the market for a brand new Tacoma. After a ton of research, I knew exactly what I wanted and, thanks to KBB, what price range people were paying for them in my area. I went to the 'other' Toyota dealer in Louisville as they were closer to my house and also had the model/options I wanted. All in all this should have been the easiest sale they ever made as I have excellent credit, owe a good bit less on my nice trade than the KBB trade in value, had a large down payment, and knew exactly what I wanted. Things started to go down hill when they offered me close to 50% of the KBB trade value on my current car. Which mind you it was a very clean 2013 with low miles and was fully loaded. They weren’t willing to budge on that at all so I told them no biggie I would just keep the trade and sell it myself. So we moved onto the price of the Tacoma. He showed me the MSRP price and then they’re ‘sale price’ which was only a few hundred less than the MSRP. I politely asked if they could work on the price at all. The salesman, who was really nice in the beginning, got very defensive. He proceeded to lecture me about how well Toyotas hold their value and what great trucks they are. I told him I agreed with him 100% and that was why I wanted to buy one. However I’m not willing to pay full blown MSRP for it because 1, KBB tells you the price range they’re selling for in our local area and 2, no one pays full blown MSRP. After being there for 4 hours, I had to twist the salesman's arm to give me the keys back to my car so that I could leave. The GM ran over and asked why I changed my mind. I told him I would not be paying MSRP and would be going somewhere else. He asked what I was willing to pay and then said they would gladly come down to that as it was a fair price. I told him after being there for so long and being insulted by his salesman that I refused to give them my business. I called Toyota of Louisville the next day, as they had the same exact model/options, and spoke with Ashley. At first I was nervous that I was going to have the same experience here but from the moment I met Ashley she made me feel welcome and assured me I was going to leave extremely happy. Tim and herself were fantastic to deal with. Within 10 minutes of being there they gave me $1500 OVER the KBB trade value of my trade in AND crushed the other dealer's price on the new truck! I actually got it for even less than the price I was trying to get the other dealer to come down to! In less than an hour, I was driving home with my brand new Tacoma. So if you’re looking to get ripped off on your trade, pay full blown MSRP on the new car, and spend all day there only to be insulted by the salesmen go to the other dealer in Louisville. On the other hand if you value your time and want a great deal as well as a more than fair offer for your trade, go to Toyota of Louisville. It was well worth the short drive and, thanks to Ashley and Tim, they have made a lifetime customer!
I was able to get a great car for a great price due to Tim Patillo. He follows through on his word. I originally wanted this one car, but he managed to get me a better car for cheaper! He helped me with all my needs and really looks out for his customers. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else on trying to get a car. Ask for Tim.

My wife and I delt with Tim Patillo searching for a vehicle for my wife. We started with a Corrola, extensivly test drove the vehicle, and decided we needed something more accommodating for her comfort. Tim recommended the Rav4 and rightly so, we bought it. During the visit, Donna Altieri, BDC Manager interacted with us throughout the conversation, offered coffee or a bottle of water which added to the great experience. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy, pressure to "Beat them down", or the typical discomfort with a high pressure dealer. Toyota of Louisville made the event successful for all of us. I also want to mention the folks in the service department. Kevin Ashton is a fantastic asset to the staff, as well as John, Mike Moe and Bud. Great folks.
Tim P. Is a great salesperson but only after it was too late did we learn that Dean, the finance guy, sold us an extended warranty from a one of the worst rated companies in the country! Thought we were getting a genuine Toyota plan through Toyota financial since that's where our new 4runner is financed, but no, he charged us about the same price for the generic company who has nothing to do with Toyota Financiall, doesn't like to pay claims, and can take weeks and months to resolve what they do decide to pay for! Found out about the non-toyota extended warranty 2 weeks after we got the car , in a letter from Toyota Financial. We could and should have gotten a similar GENUINE Toyota warranty through Toyota Financial for the same money! Now he won't answer the phone or return messages! If you have to finance your car and/ or want an extended warranty , be smarter than us, before you sign! Update - My hat's off to Mr Swope! Dean gave me a call, apologized for the misunderstanding and agreed to switch the extended warranty to a genuine Toyota plan. Thanks Dean, Tim, and Mr Swope. I will consider another purchase in the future???

We rolled in on a Jeep that was held together by a prayer and Tim took care of us. The Scion we got was ready and gassed up for a test drive. I had been interested in a 2018 C-HR and took a test drive with Tim Patillo a couple weeks ago. There was no pressure to buy and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Fast forward two weeks and I get a bait and switch situation from a different Toyota dealership (very shady place, you should definitely choose Toyota of Louisville). Before I even leave the shady dealership I call Tim and tell him I'm on the way to see him. When I pull up at Toyota of Louisville, Tim is outside waiting for me and drives a beautiful silver 2018 Toyota C-HR XLE Premium right up to me! From that moment on everything went so smoothly, from the credit and financing to driving off the lot with my new car! Truly great customer service and such nice people. Tim Patillo was very helpful explaining the difference between the different models and options we were considering. Once we picked exactly what we wanted, Tim located the vehicle and it was ready for pick up within 48 hours. I purchased a Prius from Tim Patillo at Toyota of Louisville on Dixie Highway. I hated the thought of car shopping. It had been a stressful event up until now. After talking with Tim I told him what I wanted my car to have and he searched for the one for me. As it turned out my car was shipped from Japan to the dealership and I picked it up the day after it arrived. It had 1 mile on the odometer. Tim spend an enormous amount of time trying to explain the features of my car. He was very patient and thorough. The car was immaculate and had a full tank of gas. If it wasn't for the service department, specifically, John Carbone, I wouldn't continue driving 35 minutes one way. The staff anticipates my family needs and doesn't use high-pressure service nor sales. I managed to drive the same Sienna for nine years up to 348K miles. The common sense approach and understanding what I need as a mother of three, specifically not nickel and diming me with repairs and service, John always helped me prioritize what absolutely was necessary or can wait. As I turned in my 348K Sienna, Glen also anticipated my needs, because this mom really wanted an SUV, but the Highlander just wasn't going to fit the bill and he knew that. He lined up the vehicle for me, I didn't even have to look. Rick worked with my budget, ,especially taking in to consideration I've referred customers and will have three new drivers in the course of the next six years. No games, no pressure at Toyota of Louisville. If it wasn't for the service team, I wouldn't be a returning customer for vehicle maintenance. I recently bought a Mazda from Toyota of Louisville and I have to say the time I experienced there was unlike any other.
