Tim was personable and a selfstarter, i.e. the car I inquired about the day before with Ms Owens, an internet rep was sold, when I arrived the next day to view. Tim immediately without asking me; found an alternative car. I purchased the alternative car, I am a retired salesrep, Tim;s instincts can not be taught. My conversation with David Lail/finance was delightful, he fought hard for me and I appreciate it, all people have a common bond, it is rare to find that bond in a sales experience, today my experience with Tim and David was Great.
Tim was a great salesman, patient, answered all of our questions, and wasn’t pushy. The Manager and Finance gentlemen were also great to work with.

I had been looking online for 2 weeks and then this car came across my newsfeed. I sent a text the next morning to see if it was still available. They said yes. Lindsay Cooper was kind enough to go out in the rain to video the car nside and out and send it to me. I filled everything out online and went to dealership after work to test drive. This dealership has honestly restored my faith in car dealerships. The interactions that I had with the Toyota dealers in Ohio felt as if they were looking to take advantage and were playing me. I can't say enough about Louisville Toyota. They were all exceptional and really made this dream happen for me. Ashley was the girl. She kept in contact and kept me informed. Tim was just as amazing in providing me with all the direction and information I would need to drive this beautiful car back to Ohio. And to top it off he's a Buckeye and played football for OSU!! Car buying is a big decision, and reputations mean everything. Me and my entire family only purchase our vehicles (all Toyota of course), from Glen Harder at Toyota of Louisville. I purchased my first car many years ago, and since that time, my entire family buys each vehicle from him. I cannot say enough about his integrity and customer service. My new RAV4 Hybrid may be my favorite. Not just because of the vehicle but also the service that Glen and David Lail provided. I appreciate that the experience isn't high-pressure, but instead a true customer experience. They aren't just interested in a one-time sale, but a long-term relationship.
Went through a divorce and ex-wife, without my knowledge, traded in a car titled, registered, and financed all solely through me. They then call me and ask to bring the title straight to them, bypassing it ever being in her name. When I asked Joseph Campbell if that was ok, he said absolutely. I asked if I could bring my neighbors car in to trade it, he said as long as they're ok with it. Here's the thing, they NEVER asked if I was ok with it before taking in my car. So I call the next day and ask to speak to a sales manager. Guess who I get... Joseph! I asked him, "oh, so you're a sales manager also?". "Yes," Joseph replied. Check out Toyota of Louisville's website, he is not a manager. Joseph made a bad call, taking in a trade from someone with no ownership on the car, selling her a new car. At this point he's realized he messed up. Saying whatever he can to fix his mistake. My car was listed on their website to be sold, and they didn't even have a title or know when they would have this deal settled. Toyota of Louisville, you employ scammers. How could Joseph do this, and how could your finance team allow this? Do you seriously accept a trade in without proper consent from the owner?
Joe made our car buying experience easy. He is super nice and friendly. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to show us how to operate all the bells and whistles on our new Highlander. We will definitely come back and have him as our dealer and highly recommend him when you're ready for your next car purchase.

After 3 weeks a frustrating and stressful car shopping at five other dealerships I decided to walk-in at Toyota of Louisville. Even though I arrived just before closing after a hard long days work a Salesman greeted me and asked if I had been helped yet. Although the salesman was on his way home he took the time to help me and I was impressed by the fact that all of this occurred before I even reached the front door of the dealership. Toyota of Louisville cut through the crap that most dealerships use to distort prices and fees, and after purchasing my vehicle I wish I had started my search there at Toyota of Louisville because it would have saved me weeks of headaches, stress and time. Before I was sold on the car, I was sold on the way that I was treated! My AWESOME salesman was Kevin Willis, and the Finance Mgr. D.W. I paid a fair price for a good car, and I feel good about the purchase. It's my 1st TOYOTA car, and I'm pleased, so far.

I was contacted by Lincoln Satram fairly quickly upon my request for a vehicle at this location. I'm an out of state buyer so I more than likely had more questions and concerns and I'm purchasing sight unseen. Lincoln started out great, answered quickly, sent over pictures and we connected on the phone. Pleasant conversation. Everything was on the right track. We matched up numbers and I had sent over all of my payoff information and we were in agreement. Lincoln's exact words are"My GM's left for the evening, I'll let you know in the morning for sure" I wait until 1pm and I have no response so I send a friendly check-in email and text. No reply for a few hour. Lincoln's finally lets me know it's his dayoff and he'll send over the info at 5:30pm as well as a video of the vehicle running. I requested the vehicle video running after I had agreed to pick up the vehicle the following day or day after. No response.No paperwork. No Video. I then reach out once again the following day(Now 3 days waiting for GM), and Lincoln tells me the vehicle has been sold. Mind you, I've already taken the credit hit by getting financed and my bank had put all the money in my account so that I was able to pay by cash or cashiers check as this is an out of state purchase. Lincoln tells me they do not hold cars. Which is weird. I mean, let me know that in the beginning, and I would of put a larget deposit down. Or give me a shout out and let me know someone else is interested. I had requested the day off from work, got financed and was ready to go and just needed the "GM to sign off the final number" in which I never heard back from. Something is shady here. If I could pass on anything it's to let out of state buyers you do not hold cars. I've never seen a dealership do that, or not take a deposit. If this is the case, it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. I 100% do NOT recommend this dealership to any out of state buyer as their business practice and communication is lacking. I'm deeply hurt and frustrated.

While waiting for an oil change to be done on our previous vehicle, my husband & I walked across the street to see what was new on the lot of Toyota of Louisville. This is where we met Lincoln Satram; he showed us a few vehicles and was very knowledgeable of the product and gave us brochures that we requested. After a week of deciding we wanted to test drive a Tacoma, we called Lincoln and told him what we wanted and by the end of that day we purchased a brand new 2015 Tacoma. Lincoln didn't simply sell us our new vehicle. He built a relationship with us that will keep us coming back. He is now our car sales professional and we are his clients. Because he is such a good listener, no high pressure was involved. This was the way a major purchase should be. We already have and will continue to refer our friends to him at every opportunity. Purchased a 2010 equinox with 30,000 miles on it from sam the lower credit specialist. I haven't had this thing in my driveway longer than 3 moths it's constantly in the shop for weeks with several engine rebuilds. Tried 1000 times to contact them and never got a call back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE AVANTAGE OF YOU BY SELLING YOU SOMETHING THAT ISN'T RELIABLE. FAMILY BOUGHT HERE FOR YEARS WE ARE DONE!!

I recently purchased a Prius from Sam Smith. This was the third Toyota we bought from him. We moved from San Diego to Louisville, work related, and decided to retire our Saturn and had a wonderful experience working with Sam when we bought the 2007 Corolla Sport. I will add my daughter now has this vehicle for college. Again in 2010 we went to Sam and purchased another Corolla Sport. The same friendly welcome back attitude and no non-sense customer service was greatly appreciated. With the Prius once again very helpful and went over everything concerning the vehicle. There was a question I had concerning the car and he didn't really know the answer. What I appreciated was the fact he said he wasn't sure the went and found out instead of throwing out an answer. Sam is one of two people I would send my friends, family and co-workers to to purchase a vehicle and the other is in San Diego CA. From day one to now Sam has been there to help and ensure we were good with our vehicle even after we left the lot. The best advertisement, good or bad, is word of mouth. I have passed Sam's name and contact info to people who were looking for a vehicle new or used. I am sure as long as I am living in the Louisville area we will do business again. I want to say a big thank you to all at Toyota of Louisville especially Mr Sam Smith.After recently being made disabled with the amputation of my right leg it was important that I exchanged my GT Mustang for a vehicle that I could get in and out of a lot easier.The Mustang obviously being to low for me.My case being a little different in that not being able to chose a car of my choice as I did when I purchased the Mustang.I had to have a car that I could get in and out of easily.After going to a few dealerships it seems as though only Mr Sam Smith really understood my delima.So after sitting in a few vehicles a Chevy Tracker seemed perfect and was purchased. I must say what are the chances of purchasing a vehicle Saturday and breaking down Sunday.Again Mr Smith came to the front again to help me.With no warranty on the vehicle I want to say thank you for fixing the Tracker,and filling the gas tank with no cost to me.With service like I received I can only recommend you to others. Ed "K" is the best. He made my first car buying experience what I thought was impossible: painless and enjoyable. I walked out of another dealership in the midst of a deal because the customer service was horrible, the salesman was pushy (including telling me to give him all fives on this web site and telling me how disappointed he was I hadn't done it yet, even though the transaction wasn't complete), and just the overall lack of warmth and care in the place. Ed and the staff at Toyota of Louisville were the complete opposite. From the moment I set foot in the parking lot, I could tell the staff cared about me and not just another sale. Everyone was warm and friendly. And Ed is the complete opposite of what car salesmen are supposed to be. He's nice, friendly, funny and immediately put me at ease. He's a genuinely good guy and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. I will tell everyone to go to Toyota of Louisville and work with Ed when in the market for a car.
