Kevin Ashton went above and beyond what was expected. I took my car for maintenance and another problem was discovered. It was towards the end of the day and I was told I would have to come back. But Kevin ended up fixing it himself so this old lady wouldn’t have to go without air conditioning.

This service department is second to none! I always bring my RAV4 Hybrid here. During my last visit, Kevin Ashton and the service tech worked tirelessly to discover the source of some issues I had reported. Two turned out to be simple solutions at zero cost to me. On a third, I was offered a lower cost alternative. And while the final repair wasn’t cheap, I trust that I got the best value for my money with Toyota parts and excellent service. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else!

I contacted all dealers within 200 miles of my home who sell vehicles I was interested in buying to see which would give me the best deal. Toyota of Louisville had the best price and offered an excellent shopping experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The experience was well worth the trip of over a hundred miles.
Tim was great. Very personable and knowledgeable about vehicles I was interested in and no hard-sell tactics. All the personnel I dealt with at the dealership were pleasant, but somebody made an apparently inadvertent error with the paperwork by failing to notice that Toyota did not have title to the car when it was sold to me.

Top tier service, all sales professionals were in the parking lot and their was no waiting to be helped. Tim Patillo and David from finance went the extra mile by staying late when my travel was delayed and I missed a late appointment. No attitude, just good Ole customer service. Tim was amazing to work with. He was very responsive before we showed up which was a big deal for us being an hour and a half away. He informed us they had multiple options for the type of cars we were looking for and even sent us pictures. He was waiting for at the door as we approached the dealership.
