This location made me feel heard, no pressure, staff friendly, and caring. The staff at this location truly extended theirselves. This location was not convenient but well worth my drive. I will always recommend others to this Toyota location.
I haven’t had any luck with any Toyota dealership I have gone to. This one was by far the worst service I have ever received from any dealership. Setting an appointment was fine but everything that followed was chaotic. From members of Toyota yelling at my grandmother over the phone when she was trying to figure out why the price of a part increases basically $1000 to being given the cold shoulder when I was finally able to pick up my car. Did not have a good experience at this dealership This is where I bought my Toyota. I feel like I wasted money.
I took my car to get a oil change and tries rotated. I ask service tech if they would check air pressure because my front tires were low. The service tech yes.When I was driving home from work I checked to see if the pressure was same in each tire. The pressure was the same as when I took it in. This is how I know I didn’t get the tire rotation I paid for. My wife took her car for the same service and it took two hours and my car took 45 minutes.

Great service department and excellent place to buy a Toyota
We've worked with Glen a couple of times in the last couple years. Bought a Rav4 off him in late '22, and then a GR Corolla in mid-'24. He's always a straight shooter, and reluctant to oversell you a car you don't need or that would be actively harmful to own. Plus, they're the only dealership here in Louisville that didn't add a ridiculous dealer markup during/after the pandemic/supply chain issues, and I appreciate them not being predatory. As long as they're open and I live in Louisville, I'll be going to ...
So I literally just dropped by new Toyota off for its 1st service. I walked into the service area and customer service is pretty nonexistant. Oil change was fine. I don't ask for a smile or anything but dang at least recognize that I'm a human being in the room.
