Tim was great. Very personable and knowledgeable about vehicles I was interested in and no hard-sell tactics. All the personnel I dealt with at the dealership were pleasant, but somebody made an apparently inadvertent error with the paperwork by failing to notice that Toyota did not have title to the car when it was sold to me.

I called Toyota of Louisville in an emergency situation when I needed to buy a vehicle after my 4Runner had been hit by a truck. Not only Lincoln Satram, Toyota of Louisville Inc.’s Sales Representative, and Bob Garr, Toyota of Louisville Inc.’s Business Manager, were able to find a new 2025 RAV4 for me on the day I called but they stayed way beyond their evening hours to process the sales transaction and to make sure that I went home driving a new vehicle. Lincoln and Bob were professional and knowledgeable and helped me to process financing of my new vehicle through Toyota Financial Services in no time. When I was leaving Toyota of Louisville’s parking lot it felt like Christmas. This was the best vehicle buying experience of my life. A couple of weeks after buying my RAV4, I had questions regarding some new functions, I texted Lincoln Satram and he quickly responded with answers. Lincoln Satram and Bob Garr love their jobs and care about their clients. If I could I would have given Lincoln Satram, Bob Garr, and Toyota of Louisville ten stars. You owe it to yourself to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

This service department is second to none! I always bring my RAV4 Hybrid here. During my last visit, Kevin Ashton and the service tech worked tirelessly to discover the source of some issues I had reported. Two turned out to be simple solutions at zero cost to me. On a third, I was offered a lower cost alternative. And while the final repair wasn’t cheap, I trust that I got the best value for my money with Toyota parts and excellent service. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else!

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership after waiting
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership after waiting for several weeks for it to arrive. Drove 4 hours to make the purchase. The salesman,Gary, welcomed us at first. We had questions before signing and that’s when Gary’s attitude changed. He became argumentative and annoyed by the questions immediately. He did not let me ask a question before assuming what the question was until I demanded he allow me to ask the question, which was not what he thought it would be. After raised voices, he stepped away and let the sales mgr take over. He directed us to the finance office. That was the best part of our experience at this dealership. Since we were paying for the car and not financing, we were in and out fairly quickly. Well now we’re back with Gary who has to go over the car with us. There was no mistaking that he didn’t want to do this but had to. When he stepped away earlier,he apparently ate some pizza. As he showed us the car, and took it out of dealer mode, he got pizza grease on everything he touched. Both outside and inside the car. We noticed one of the center caps on the hubcap was missing. He didn’t want to do anything about it so we went back in and spoke with the sales manager who said they would have to order it and mail it to us.( It is a brand new vehicle). Well 3-1/2 weeks later and still no cap. Gary told us it was in the mail two times we called. Today we called the parts department who said it was there but they gave it to another customer. So once again Gary lied to us.This is the only experience I have with this dealership and it was poor at best. Gary’s attitude, rudeness and inability to deal with customer questions is a poor reflection on this business!

I had a 19 year old truck that needed to be replaced. I had already decided on a used Toyota Tundra based on its quality reputation and feedback on Tundras from friends. I have used Toyota of Louisville in the past and was happy with the service I had always received from the Sales and Service departments. Stopped in to see what was available. Danny Yared met me at the door and went over the details of the used Tundras. We found one that appeared to be in great shape with low mileage. He gave me an offer sheet and said to let him know if I was interested. I did some more research at home and called him the next day to tell him I was interested. Returned to the dealership and took the Tundra to my mechanic for his blessing. Danny and I haggled a little on the truck, some accessories and my trade-in and agreed on a price that I was very happy with. Closed the deal and completed the paperwork that day. Danny was very professional, knowledgeable and low pressure. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle at least stop by Toyota of Louisville.

Kevin Willis helped my mother buy a car. But it was so much more than that. My mother got to pick exactly what she wanted. Even though she had to wait, Kevin kept us informed every step of the way. When the vehicle came in, he sat with my mother and made sure she knew all the bells and whistles that came with the car. He was patient, funny, and, most importantly, he listened to her. Without fail, this is the best car service experience every single time. The lounges to wait in are comfortable, the communication about your auto’s service needs is complete and I find the pricing more than fair. My Camry is 7 years old and I feel confident that using the Toyota of Louisville service department will keep it going for many, many years to come. I called Toyota of Louisville in an emergency situation when I needed to buy a vehicle after my 4Runner had been hit by a truck. Not only Lincoln Satram, Toyota of Louisville Inc.’s Sales Representative, and Bob Garr, Toyota of Louisville Inc.’s Business Manager, were able to find a new 2025 RAV4 for me on the day I called but they stayed way beyond their evening hours to process the sales transaction and to make sure that I went home driving a new vehicle. Lincoln and Bob were professional and knowledgeable and helped me to process financing of my new vehicle through Toyota Financial Services in no time. When I was leaving Toyota of Louisville’s parking lot it felt like Christmas. This was the best vehicle buying experience of my life. A couple of weeks after buying my RAV4, I had questions regarding some new functions, I texted Lincoln Satram and he quickly responded with answers. Lincoln Satram and Bob Garr love their jobs and care about their clients. If I could I would have given Lincoln Satram, Bob Garr, and Toyota of Louisville ten stars. We requested a Spanish speaker since we had an inquiry on a truck and they directed us to him. We were excited (since we were ready to buy) and he was being short and with an attitude. We asked for his name and he refused to give it to us, we had to research to find who we spoke to. We called to clarify the price of a Tundra, since there were different prices on the website and he wasn’t telling us which price was the actual one. Then he raised his voice and said “are you going to buy yes or no? tell me yes or no?” (all in Spanish), for which we said “what??” And he immediately hung up the phone. We called back and asked for a different associate and told them about the situation. This situation is really upsetting and thought to let other non-english speakers to not let themselves be pushed by individuals like him. This happened at 11:45am on 4/19/25

In the beginning my experience was your typical and average vehicle purchase until negotiations were being made..the salesman that was assisting me, Bill (William) Morrison , became upset that I wasn’t taking the first offer given to me and didn’t jump to make a deal the first 5 minutes. He called me to inform me of interest rates and I hear as soon as I pick up the phone “she needs to xxxx or get off the pot” so I then say “hello” and he begins the conversation to me. I thought it was extremely rude to be talking trash about a customer as the phone is ringing and then having to hear that. I immediately asked if it was about me and he began to stutter around, proof I caught him off guard because he assumed I hadn’t heard. I understand vehicle deals are stressful but that was beyond uncalled for. If I had not placed a deposit and they ran my credit multiple times..I would have NOT went through with the deal for that simple reason. The worst customer service I’ve ever received during any purchase, vehicle or otherwise.
