Tim was great.

Tim was great. Very personable and knowledgeable about vehicles I was interested in and no hard-sell tactics. All the personnel I dealt with at the dealership were pleasant, but somebody made an apparently inadvertent error with the paperwork by failing to notice that Toyota did not have title to the car when it was sold to me.

Tim Patillo and David from finance went the extra mile by staying late when my travel was delayed and I missed a late appointment. No attitude, just good Ole customer service. Kevin Willis helped my mother buy a car. But it was so much more than that. My mother got to pick exactly what she wanted. Even though she had to wait, Kevin kept us informed every step of the way. When the vehicle came in, he sat with my mother and made sure she knew all the bells and whistles that came with the car. He was patient, funny, and, most importantly, he listened to her. In the end, she got the exact car she wanted. He even followed up with her afterward to make sure she didn’t have more questions. It was like he was providing a service, not just selling a car.

I called Toyota of Louisville in an emergency situation when I needed to buy a vehicle after my 4Runner had been hit by a truck. Not only Lincoln Satram, Toyota of Louisville Inc.’s Sales Representative, and Bob Garr, Toyota of Louisville Inc.’s Business Manager, were able to find a new 2025 RAV4 for me on the day I called but they stayed way beyond their evening hours to process the sales transaction and to make sure that I went home driving a new vehicle. Lincoln and Bob were professional and knowledgeable and helped me to process financing of my new vehicle through Toyota Financial Services in no time. When I was leaving Toyota of Louisville’s parking lot it felt like Christmas. This was the best vehicle buying experience of my life. A couple of weeks after buying my RAV4, I had questions regarding some new functions, I texted Lincoln Satram and he quickly responded with answers. Lincoln Satram and Bob Garr love their jobs and care about their clients. If I could I would have given Lincoln Satram, Bob Garr, and Toyota of Louisville ten stars. You owe it to yourself to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

We asked for his name and he refused to give it to us, we had to research to find who we spoke to. We called to clarify the price of a Tundra, since there were different prices on the website and he wasn’t telling us which price was the actual one. Then he raised his voice and said “are you going to buy yes or no? tell me yes or no?” (all in Spanish), for which we said “what??” And he immediately hung up the phone. We called back and asked for a different associate and told them about the situation. This situation is really upsetting and thought to let other non-english speakers to not let themselves be pushed by individuals like him. This happened at 11:45am on 4/19/25

I’ve owned my Camry that I bought from Toyota of Louisville, and have used the service department for nearly every regular service it has needed. Without fail, this is the best car service experience every single time. The lounges to wait in are comfortable, the communication about your auto’s service needs is complete and I find the pricing more than fair. My Camry is 7 years old and I feel confident that using the Toyota of Louisville service department will keep it going for many, many years to come. I appreciate everyone there and will be back for the next service in May!

In the beginning my experience was your typical and average vehicle purchase until negotiations were being made..the salesman that was assisting me, Bill (William) Morrison , became upset that I wasn’t taking the first offer given to me and didn’t jump to make a deal the first 5 minutes. He called me to inform me of interest rates and I hear as soon as I pick up the phone “she needs to xxxx or get off the pot” so I then say “hello” and he begins the conversation to me. I thought it was extremely rude to be talking trash about a customer as the phone is ringing and then having to hear that. I immediately asked if it was about me and he began to stutter around, proof I caught him off guard because he assumed I hadn’t heard. I understand vehicle deals are stressful but that was beyond uncalled for. If I had not placed a deposit and they ran my credit multiple times..I would have NOT went through with the deal for that simple reason. The worst customer service I’ve ever received during any purchase, vehicle or otherwise.
